Terms and Conditions for Reservations, Payment and Cancellations

Reservations

Reservations may be made by email.  When you book a tour with Aurora Retreat you will receive a confirmation/invoice and payment information within 48 hours.  This is your contract with Aurora Retreat and it specifies the dates, products and services you have agreed upon with Aurora Retreat.  Please read it carefully and ensure that it is in accordance with your preferences.  

Payment

Full payment for your trip must be received by Aurora Retreat by the start day of your stay or tour with us at latest.  International payments are to be made by international bank transfer directly to us. Note that it can take a few regular business days for the payment to be received so be sure to initiate payment in time.  Payments within Sweden may be paid to our bank-giro or by Swish.

Cancellations

You may rebook for later dates or cancel with a full refund up to 24 hours before the start of the trip. If you need to cancel or make changes to your trip please contact us as soon as you know it.
